Bill is CEO and founder of The Information House, a national consulting firm specializing in the selection and implementation of HR and Payroll systems. Bill has over 20 years of experience in implementing and developing Financial, HR, and Payroll systems. Prior to founding Information House in 1995, Bill was the Applications Director for American Express Information Services, responsible for the development and support of all internal corporate systems, as well as providing IT consulting services to the various business units. With the advent of The Information House in 1995, the consulting services that Bill had provided within Amex was made available to other firms with significant size and complexity, with an emphasis on streamlining HR, Payroll, and Benefits. Bill has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information System from the University of Nebraska - Omaha.

Steve is President of The Information House, overseeing the organization's direction and focus as well as client relations. Steve has over twelve years of IT experience, ten of which have been in the HRIS, Payroll and Benefits fields. As Director of Project Management he handled projects for major companies, guiding transitions from in-house benefit administration to total benefits outsourcers as well as assisting in large scale HR/Payroll implementations.

With his combination of technical and project management experience, Steve knows what it takes to make any HR, benefits or payroll project a success. Steve's philosophy matches the iHouse philosophy - "The client is always number one." Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and was the recipient of an Army Commendation award, National Defense medal, Army Achievement medal, and six Top NATO Platoon citations while serving in the US Army prior to his corporate experience.

Daniel F. Roberts (“Dan”) is the Vice President and Director of Technology for iHouse. Dan has over 18 years of Information Technology experience in the HR, payroll, and benefits field. His experience is a blend of project management, HRIS functional knowledge, benefits enrollment and medical claims knowledge, technical infrastructure, application design and programming. He is currently the technical backbone of The Information House and acts as the firm's chief software architect. Dan has designed a wide range of custom solutions including a web-based benefit enrollment system, web- and print-based total compensation statement generation systems, and several data warehouses. Dan served as an Intelligence Analysis in the Air Force and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska.

Cherie is Vice-President, Outsourcing of iHouse, responsible for the direction and development of outsourced operations and staff augmentation. Excellent perseverance and dedication to iHouse clients and employees, communication, process efficiencies, innovation deliverance and operational excellence are the foundation in which Cherie has structured Total Outsourcing Solutions. Cherie has over ten years of HR, Payroll and Benefit experience expanding over a variety of different roles in various industries. As Payroll Consultant she supported many companies from HR/Payroll implementations and administration, project management, process development, testing, documentation and staff augmentation.
Cherie strives for excellence by building long term client partnerships yielding predictable, high-quality, consistent operations. This focus further supports the iHouse philosophy “the client is number one”. Cherie earned a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Business Management from Alverno College, Milwaukee WI.
