Ronni oversees the strategic direction and daily operations of ihouse. Ronni has a proven track record of building deep long lasting client relationships. Ronni recognizes how to know the client’s business and strategic goals and how to make a direct impact through organizational discovery and customized road mapping. Ronni spends time understanding the client’s strategic goals, current challenges and future desired state. She has proven experience propelling the Human Resources function into a value-added strategic foundation for the organization. It is important to her to provide that extra special touch in client service to maintain long lasting relationships.
Ronni has over 15 years of experience in the Human Resources field in a variety of industries. She truly understands the day to day challenges clients face. Prior to joining ihouse, Ronni worked in key positions leading best practice initiatives in compensation, HRIS and talent management. She has a true passion for seeking out the latest industry trends, allowing her to implement best practice solutions for her clients.
Ronni holds a Master of Arts in Management from Bellevue University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources and a Certified Compensation Professional.

Director of Total Compensation Statements
Chad Wagner has been specializing in the area of Total Compensation Statements (TCS) for ihouse since 2003. In his role as the Director of TCS, he shares his knowledge and experience in data extraction, development, and configuration needed for the client-centric production of our statements. Chad has been an integral contributor to ihouse’s success in designing and delivering thousands of Total Compensation Statements for our client base since 2003. While he continues to work closely with customers in the design and production of statements, Chad also oversees the direction and development of the TCS product line.
Prior to joining ihouse, Chad worked for six years for Computer Sciences Corporation Consulting Group in Chicago, IL, where he obtained his experience in custom reporting, system conversions, IT testing, and project management. Chad holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a double major in Finance and Accounting from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
